The BCA Welcomes Rob Loud to the Board of Directors
The BCA is proud to announce Rob Loud as the newest member of the Board of Directors.  As the organization embarks on an exciting new path, we could not be more pleased than to have Rob Loud on this journey with us.  We feel that he is a tremendous asset and will play an integral role in achieving the lofty goals that we have set forth.
J. Rob Loud is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator, best known as the CEO of Imcon International Inc., an Atlanta-based technology company he founded in 2017. With a vision to bridge the global digital divide, Loud spearheads the development of the Internet Backpack, a groundbreaking mobile connectivity solution that provides internet access in remote and underserved regions across more than 90% of the planet. His career spans decades of experience in technology and consulting, including work with Fortune 500 companies and large-scale wireless network projects. Before founding Imcon, Loud served as an institutional investor and technology consultant, leveraging his expertise to identify and commercialize impactful innovations.
Beyond his corporate achievements, J. Rob Loud is a multifaceted individual with a deep passion for cigars, travel, and lifestyle. Under his Instagram handle @TravelingCigars, he shares glimpses of his adventures, cigar experiences, and entrepreneurial journey, blending his personal interests with his professional persona. As a partner in Empire Social Lounge in Miami, a premier cigar lounge known for its sophisticated ambiance and curated selection, Loud extends his love for cigars into a business venture that caters to aficionados and fosters a community around the cigar culture. 
As a Board Member of the Boutique Cigar Association, Loud brings a fiery spark of ingenuity, igniting the organization with his vibrant energy and unwavering dedication to championing the artistry of small-batch cigar makers, ensuring their rich flavors and storied traditions blaze brightly in an ever-evolving industry. Based in Marietta, Georgia, he continues to nurture his passions for innovation and the finer things in life with a zest that’s as bold as the cigars he cherishes.

The Cloakroom sales proceeds will support the PCA’s Industry Defense Fund, established to support the organization’s ongoing advocacy efforts to defend the premium tobacco industry. These special humidors will be filled with exclusive premium cigars handcrafted by a leading manufacturer, with details on the cigars to come during this year’s trade show. The Cloakroom will be on display and offered for auction during the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA25) trade show in New Orleans, April 11-14, 2025.
